Who am I?
Hello!
My name is Katy Kellenberg (there's a chance you know me as Chips, too), and I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Interactive Media and Game Design. I am a content designer, quest designer, narrative designer, and game writer--I can implement quests in-engine, write branching dialogue, keep a beat chart updated, and create a living world all at the same time. I strongly believe in putting player experience above all else, always asking "what are our experience goals?" and "how does this feel to actually play?" and building a story utilizing the answers.
Outside of work I spend a lot of time with TTRPGs! I can talk about Pathfinder and Monsterhearts for several days straight. I've been playing games since I could barely read, so picking favorites isn't easy... but I can try! I'm a huge fan of: Outer Wilds, Inscryption, Baldurs Gate 3, Spiritfarer, Portal 1 & 2, and The Stanley Parable. But my favorite game of all time has to be Minecraft, I even have a tattoo to prove it.
